The WWE Royal Rumble is headed back to Texas.
On Wednesday, the San Antonio Express-News announced the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble would take place at the Alamodome on Saturday, January 28, 2023. This event marks the fourth time San Antonio has hosted the pay-per-view event, as the city also hosted the 1997, 2007 and 2017 events.
WWE later confirmed the details for the event and announced tickets would go on sale for the 2023 event on Friday, September 30.

Royal Rumble will stream live at 8 pm ET exclusively on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else. The event will be headlined by two 30-men and 30-women Royal Rumble matches, with the winners of both receiving a Championship match opportunity at WrestleMania in Los Angeles.
