After more than a year away from WWE, Braun Strowman is back, as he returned on the September 5 episode of WWE RAW.
During tonight’s No. 1 Contenders Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships, Strowman arrived in shocking fashion, interrupting things for the competitors in the ring. In a show of destruction and dominance, Strowman took down each and every WWE superstar taking part in the match, with all eight superstars getting ran through a security barricade, put through a table, or slammed onto the apron.
Strowman is a former WWE Universal Champion, holding the title for a single reign of 141 days. He signed a seven-figure deal with WWE in 2019 but ended up getting released by the company in June 2021. Since then, he’s wrestled eight times, most of them coming under the Control Your Narrative banner.
