Inaugural AEW World Trios Champions Crowned At AEW All Out

The Elite are the first-ever AEW World Trios Champions.

The Elite’s Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks won the titles by defeating Hangman Page and the Dark Order in the tournament finals at AEW All Out. The match ended after Hangman inadvertently hit John Silver with a Buckshot lariat, and The Elite took advantage of the miscue to win the titles.

This is the third overall AEW title reign for the Young Bucks, as they also won the AEW World Tag Team Championship two times. This is Omega’s second tag team title win and third overall in AEW, as he also won the AEW World Tag Team Championship once (with Page) and held the AEW World Championship for 346 days.

Hangman and Onega square off and feel each other out. Reynolds and Silver double-team Omega. Page tags back in and trades blows with Page. Hangman drops him with a boot and slams him to the mat. Nick dives onto Page, and Matt takes out the Dark Order duo with a dropkick before Nick dives onto them. Matt hits a diving elbow on Hangman. The Elite trio gang up on Hangman. Silver fires up with a flurry of offense. Silver and Reynolds hit a double-team brainbuster on Matt on the outside. Omega hits a diving crossbody and dishes out snap dragon suplexes. Matt stops Hangman from hitting a full Buckshot, and Nick hits one of his own. The Bucks hit the BTE Trigger for a near fall. Silver rolls through a One-Winged Angel for a near fall. Page accidentally hits the Buckshot on Silver, and Omega pins him for the win.
