WWE RAW Viewership Sees Increase On 8/29, Demo Rises As Well

WWE RAW viewership saw another rise in viewership on August 29, which featured the finals of the WWE Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament.

According to Showbuzz Daily, an average of 2.107 million viewers watched the show on Monday. In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.59. For comparison, 2.005 million viewers watched the show last week, and RAW scored a 0.55 in the same demographic.

The hourly breakdown is as follows:

  • First hour: 2.163 million viewers, 0.59 in the 18 to 49 demographic
  • Second hour: 2.2222 million viewers, 0.64 in the 18 to 49 demographic
  • Third hour: 1.937 million viewers, 0.54 in the 18 to 49 demographic

With no NFL preseason football last night on ESPN, RAW reclaimed the top three spots in the demographic among cable originals on Monday night. With hour two taking the top spot of the three hours this week.

This week’s episode opened with a tag team match with AJ Styles and Dolph Ziggler taking on The Judgment Day. The main event of the show featured the finals of the WWE Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament, which saw Raquel Gonzalez and Aliyah defeat Dakota Kai and IYO SKY to capture the titles for the first time.
