Eddie Kingston is done talking about his recent suspension.
Earlier this week, a report surfaced that claimed Eddie Kingston had just finished serving a suspension related to an altercation he had with Sammy Guevara. According to multiple sources, Guevara had issues with Kingston after he made a comment about Kingston’s physique during an in-ring promo. It was said that Kingston then struck Guevara backstage after a heated altercation, which was later described as him “pie-facing” Guevara.
After the report, Kingston commented on the supension by offering the following statement:
“You know the truth. I wouldn’t lie. I was wrong for being unprofessional. That is the blind fact. He did what he did and the public can judge that but I know for a fact I was wrong.”
In the days since, Guevara has also spoken on record about the incident, and now Kingston has spoken publicly on the matter. Kingston posted the following remarks, an illusion to Guevara’s actions, and a direct confirmation and acknowledgment of his own actions.
“Never totally bury your opponent.” This is one of the first lessons about promos that Chris Jericho learned according to his first book “A Lions Tale: Around the World in Spandex,” Kingston wrote.
“Last thing I will say about my suspension. I was wrong in the wrong for touching another man’s face. Let it go,” Kingston added.

Kingston also took Disco Inferno to task for mocking him about being “fat shamed” and shared what he did want to talk about.
