An interim AEW Women’s Champion will be crowned at AEW All Out.
AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa appeared in a backstage segment on the August 24 episode of AEW Dynamite to announce she has to step away and cannot compete at All Out. As a result, All Out will feature a four-way bout between Toni Storm, Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, and Jamie Hayter to determine the interim champion.
Thunder Rosa was set to defend against Toni Storm in a rematch from Forbidden Door. A timeframe for Rosa’s return has not been announced.
