The Casino Ladder Match will return at the AEW All Out pay-per-view.
As confirmed during the August 19 episode of AEW Rampage, the match will be part of the card for All Out, which will be held at the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois. A combination of the Casino Battle Royale and the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, participants enter the match according to a symbol they drew from a corresponding deck of cards. The match typically features a mysterious Joker entrant.

The winner of the bout will earn a shot at the AEW World Championship. Previously, Brian Cage and Hangman Page have won the match. Cage went on to unsuccessfully Jon Moxley for the gold, while Page dethroned Kenny Omega and won the title.
