On August 14, Game Changer Wrestling held the second night of its Homecoming event at the Showboat Hotel Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The event aired on FITE, and it featured a title match, the renewal of vows, and much more.
The results are as follows:
- GCW Extreme Championship Scramble: Cole Radrick (c) defeated Jimmy Lloyd, Gringo Loc, Alec Price, Masha Slamovich, Starboy Charlie, and Axton Ray
- Maki Itoh defeated Dark Sheik
- Ninja Mack defeated Kevin Blackwood
- Second Gear Crew (Mance Warner, Matthew Justice, and 1 Called Manders ) defeated Jordan Oliver, Blake Christian, and Nick Wayne
- Mike Bailey defeated Starboy Charlie
- BUSSY (Allie Katch and EFFY) vs. Charli Evans and Everett Connors
- Death Match for the GCW Ultraviolent Championship: Rina Yamashita (c) defeated Sawyer Wreck
- Death Match: John Wayne Murdoch and Alex Colon defeated Los Macizos
- The Cardonas Renew Their Vows
- Maven kicked off the ceremony and proved that he is indeed a certified officiant. After he expressed his confidence that they would get through the ceremony, he welcomed the bridal parties and Matt Cardona’s parents to the ring. Fans chanted, “F— the parents” at the duo. Blake Christian interrupted and hugged Cardona, seemingly turning heel in the process. Allie Katch gave Cardona some hair product to help him out. Cardona and Green said “I do” after Maki Itoh sang to Cardona. Nick Gage crashed the party and slammed Cardona. After Katch smashed Green’s face into a cake and dropped her with a piledriver, Gage repeatedly sliced Cardona with a pizza cutter. Gage stood tall, and the Cardonas yelled about their ruined moment to close the show.
