WWE confirmed new WWE Chairwoman and Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon will kick off this week’s episode of SmackDown, posting the following announcement:

Stephanie McMahon was named the new WWE Chairwoman and Co-CEO on Friday after Vince McMahon announced his retirement.
During her appearance at tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, McMahon acknowledged her father’s departure, thanking fans for their years of support and saying that her father wanted to thank everyone for their support. To close out the moment, McMahon led the WWE Universe in a chant of “Thank You, Vince!”
