Two matches are confirmed for the July 19th episode of WWE NXT 2.0.
Following a heated confrontation on Tuesday’s NXT 2.0, JD McDonagh and Cameron Grimes are set for their first singles match against each other next week. Grimes came out to vent about losing his NXT Championship match against Bron Breakker at Great American Bash when McDonagh interrupted. McDonagh reminded Grimes that he stole the thunder by attacking Breakker, which resulted in the confrontation getting physical.

Additionally, Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen will defend their new NXT UK Tag Team Championship for the first time against Pretty Deadly next week. Briggs and Jensen captured the gold last month when Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith had to vacate due to injury. Pretty Deadly enjoyed a lengthy title reign last year but are now members of NXT 2.0’s roster.
We also know that the two members of Joe Gacy’s Dyad will reveal their identities next Tuesday, while a new masked character going by Axiom will make their in-ring debut.
