In a shocking twist of events to close out tonight’s Money in the Bank, Austin Theory won the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Prior to the start of the match, Adam Pearce came out to celebrate how well the night was going, before stunning the WWE Universe by announcing that an eighth WWE superstar would be added to the match…Theory. Much to the dismay of the other superstars, Theory came strolling down, and he would do more than that by coming away with the win.
Toward the end of the match, Riddle and Seth “Freakin” Rollins were left on the ladders, before Riddle hit an incredible RKO on Rollins to take both out. As Riddle got back up and began climbing the ladder, though, Theory appeared, knocking him off the ladder and snatching the briefcase to complete the shocking victory.

Moss dumps Omos over the top. Rollins Stomps Omos on the apron. Everyone unites and lifts Omos high in the air. They toss Omos through the announce desk. Everyone starts to brawl. McIntyre pins Sheamus under the ladder. McIntyre climbs but Butch runs down to the ring and hops on McIntyre’s back. Sheamus knees McIntyre in the head. Sheamus pins McIntyre under the ladder and starts to climb.
McIntyre lifts the ladder and Sheamus falls off of it. McIntyre Brogue Kicks Butch. Zayn knocks Sheamus and McIntyre off a ladder. They both fall out of the ring. Moss knocks Zayn off the ladder. Rollins stomps Moss. Rollins and Riddle climb ladders. Riddle hits an RKO off the top of the ladder. Riddle climbs the ladder. Theory is right behind him. Theory knocks Riddle off the ladder and pulls down the briefcase for the win.
