All Elite Wrestling has crowned its second Blood & Guts winner.
The Blackpool Combat Club (Eddie Kingston, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Santana & Ortiz) defeated The Jericho Appreciation Society (Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, Jake Hager, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker & Daniel Garcia) in the Blood & Guts main event of AEW Dynamite.
The bout took up the entire second hour of the program, and there was no shortage of human carnage. The Jericho Appreciation Society had the advantage after winning the opening six-man tag at Forbidden Door. Claudio Castagnoli and Sammy Guevara kicked things off, while Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston were the last to enter.
Tay Conti attempted to break into the cage near the end, but Ruby Soho ran out to stop her. Guevara took a big bump off the cage and through a table at ringside. Ultimately, the finish saw Kingston and Castagnoli tap out Jericho and Guevara, respectively, on top of the cage.

Last year’s Blood & Guts match took place on the May 5th AEW Dynamite, where The Pinnacle (MJF, Wardlow, Shawn Spears, and FTR) beat The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana, and Ortiz).
This year’s double-ringed war was the culmination of a rivalry between Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho. Kingston beat Jericho in a singles match at Revolution in March, while the Jericho Appreciation Society beat the Blackpool Combat Club in an Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing in May.
