Naomi feels the glow of John Cena‘s energy every time he’s backstage at a WWE event.
The June 27 episode of Monday Night Raw was all about celebrating 20 years of John Cena in WWE. All throughout the night, several WWE performers were on screen with John Cena letting them know how much he has been to them personally.
John was also celebrated by his peers of days gone by including AEW wrestler, Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho, and The Big Show. Other names continue to celebrate John on social media including Naomi. Naomi is currently suspended by WWE, following her and Sasha Banks walking out in the middle of the May 16 episode of Monday Night Raw.
However, on Twitter, Naomi said that she was unhappy to have missed John Cena’s celebration and says that the energy in the room always shifts whenever he is present.
“[John] you’re the best thank you for all the encouragement and feedback you’ve given me through my years and for the best tours ever. I’m only mad I missed you this time lol (there’s always this amazing energy shift whenever you’re in the building),” Naomi said.
John Cena did not set up any angles for a potential future match during his WWE Raw appearance but did promise that he was far from done in the ring.
