New Japan Pro-Wrestling is coming to Starrcast V on July 30 for Music City Mayhem.
The following is a press release from New Japan Pro-Wrestling regarding Music City Mayhem coming to Starrcast V on July 30:
From July 29-31, STARRCAST hits the Nashville Fairgrounds. As the wrestling world’s eyes turn to Tennessee, NJPW will be a part of the proceedings!
Music City Mayhem will see some of NJPW’s best in the Music City with some incredible matches to be announced. Tickets will go on sale on Monday June 27 at 10AM CT, and you’re going to want to be a big part of NJPW’s return to Nashville, both in person and for a live special on FITE TV!

While this event is being held on the same day and city as WWE SummerSlam, a bell time has yet to be announced. There is a good chance this event will take place in the afternoon and avoid going head to head with WWE’s premium live event, but that has yet to be confirmed.
