Injuries continue to plague the world of professional wrestling across multiple companies. Now we’re hearing that All Elite Wrestling‘s Buddy Matthews is currently dealing with a shoulder injury.
Buddy Matthews last competed on AEW Dynamite against PAC on June 8th in a match to qualify for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship four-way match at Forbidden Door.
Matthews took to social media to speak on the injury and confirmed that it’s limiting his shoulder movements.
“Always a work in progress. Dealing with a shoulder injury which limits a lot of my shoulder movements. But slowly increasing the weight again. He better than you were yesterday!” Buddy Matthews said in a post on Instagram.
It’s currently unknown how long this shoulder injury will keep Matthews out of action.
On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we want to wish Buddy Matthews a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see him back in the squared circle soon.
