New Japan Pro-Wrestling‘s representative in the first-ever AEW All-Atlantic Championship match has been confirmed.
On June 20, Tomohiro Ishii and Clark Connors defeated Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Tomoaki Honma, respectively, at New Japan Road to advance to the finals of NJPW’s series of qualifiers.
At the June 21 New Japan Road event, Ishii defeated Connors. As a result, he punched his ticket to the four-way title match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

On the AEW side of the bracket, PAC and Miro qualified by beating Buddy Matthews and Ethan Page. On the June 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, Malakai Black will take on Penta Oscuro in the last qualifying match.
