A major name is set to return to IMPACT Wrestling for Slammiversary, but it’s not a wrestler.
Marc Raimondi of ESPN reports that former TNA President Dixie Carter will appear at the pay-per-view, which will celebrate the company’s 20-year anniversary on June 19.

Carter’s time with IMPACT was filled with controversy and changes to the company’s power structure over the years. She was appointed the president in 2003 and eventually departed the company in 2016. Carter has largely been absent from the wrestling world ever since, though she appeared on ROH Women’s Division Wednesday in 2021.
