Jeff Jarrett Confirms New Role As WWE SVP Of Live Events

Jeff Jarrett confirms he’s headed back to WWE.

On the latest episode of his My World podcast, Jeff Jarrett confirmed he is returning to WWE as the Senior Vice President of Live Events. Asked by Thompson what he could tell fans about his new job, Jarrett confirmed his new title and said that he’d leave it there, but he’d also return to his podcast for a second year.

“As you know me Conrad, I’m a personal guy, and I’ll leave it personal for that matter. It’s — and kind of what’s been stated out there, SVP [of] Live Events. You know as well as anybody, my passion is in live events but I’ll just kind of leave that right there. It’s gonna be a journey that I’m excited about but you know, as it all comes together, you know what this means don’t you? Well, I am so ready for year two [of the podcast]! Let’s rock, Conrad!”

PWInsider.com first reported Jarrett would be returning to WWE, noting that it would be “on the live events side of WWE’s business in a high level executive position.”

Jarrett was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018, and he also had a run as a backstage producer from January 2019 until January 2021. Since then, Jarrett also took on an ownership role with the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes (formerly Springfield Sliders) minor league baseball team.
