RUSH Introduced As Andrade’s New Business Partner At AEW Double Or Nothing

RUSH is All Elite.

As seen on the AEW Double Or Nothing broadcast, RUSH was revealed as Andrade’s new business partner. Andrade was seen speaking about not being in AEW to lose, then he announced the AFO was done and he had a new partner. He turned to Jose The Assistant and asked about the new contract, then opened the door and welcomed RUSH, the former Ring Of Honor World Champion, into the room.

The pair have previous ties from their time in CMLL’s Los Ingobernables stable, but
RUSH has been open about his desire to work for AEW. RUSH recently told Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated that he wanted to compete in an AEW ring and face the company’s top stars.

“I want to wrestle in AEW,” RUSH said through a translator. “I want matches against CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Kenny Omega. Everyone in AEW will learn, when you mess with the bull, you get the horns. I feel better than ever and I want to conquer the world, especially the USA. I was away from the ring for a long time, but now it’s time to show everyone who is the No. 1 wrestler in the world.”

In the interview that was released earlier this week, RUSH teased that “big things are going to happen” for him and that people would know his next move very soon. After Sunday, we now know that answer.
