Jeff Jarrett is on his way back to WWE in a role you probably wouldn’t expect.
Following his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, Jarrett was brought back to the company in January of 2019 as a backstage producer and a role on the creative team months later. A role that reportedly lasted until January of 2021, when he quietly departed the company.
But now, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Jeff Jarrett is on his way back to WWE next week and will be working on “the live events side of WWE’s business in a high level executive position.” One source told Johnson that Jarrett is “taking over live events.”
For those worried that this might affect his podcast, My World with Jeff Jarrett, it’s worth noting that Bruce Prichard still does his podcast with Conrad Thompson and also works in a significant executive role with the company.
