Has the poster of WWE Clash at the Castle already revealed the main event?
Today on social media, WWE revealed the poster for their upcoming Premium Live Event Clash at the Castle. Although the Premium Live Event doesn’t take place until this September, the poster seemingly teases the main event months in advance.
The poster features current unified WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in the background doing his pose to prepare for a Superman punch. It also features SmackDown Superstar Drew McIntyre in the forefront holding a sword which shows the reflections of “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Edge, and RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.
So it would certainly appear that WWE is going to drag out Drew McIntyre getting his title match against Roman Reigns all the way to September. That way, The Scottish Warrior has the opportunity to become champion again in his home country of the United Kingdom.
Despite what it looks like (and it would seem odd to not have McIntyre as a focal point of the show), the card is still always subject to change. You can check out the WWE Clash at the Castle poster in the embedded tweet below.
