Wardlow is quite eager to get his hands on MJF.
“Mr. Mayhem” remains tied to “The Salt of The Earth”, as the powerhouse is still under contract to the three-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner. MJF has agreed to give Wardlow a match against him, but fans will have to wait until Dynamite to see what the conditions the leader of The Pinnacle has in mind.
During an interview with Josh Martinez on Superstar Crossover, the Face of the Revolution winner discussed his current feud with MJF and stated that he couldn’t have dreamt of a better reality than what he’s living right now. He made it clear that his breakout singles run has exceeded the expectations he had for himself, which had been quite high in the first place.
“I truly wholeheartedly believed that once I had the opportunity, it was gonna be big,” said Wardlow. “And I think even this is exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t have wrote myself a better future than what I’m currently living. Or I guess I should say I couldn’t have wrote a better reality for what I’m currently living. I wouldn’t change a single thing that has happened or a single thing that is happening right now.”
When the two foes finally collide in a match, “Mr. Mayhem” plans to powerbomb MJF as much as he possibly can. He also stated that he salivates at the thought of slamming his boss.
“Dude, the thought of powerbombing Max makes me drool,” said Wardlow. “It’s literally, I obsess over it. I cannot wait to powerbomb that kid. I’m going to power inn him until my arms go numb.”
