Ezekiel Used To Walk With Elias When He Was A Kid, Prefers To Play The Piano

Once upon a time, Ezekiel used to walk with Elias…literally.

Elias’ younger brother arrived on the WWE RAW after WrestleMania, and he has quickly become a prominent star on the red brand in recent weeks. Kevin Owens remains determined to prove that Ezekiel is really Elias, but the newcomer is adamant that he is his own man.

During one highlight of his appearance on Rasslin’ with Brandon F. Walker. Ezekiel looked back on his childhood. When the host cleverly asked whether he walked with Elias to get to school, the RAW star admitted that he did.

“There was a period of time I walked with Elias,” said Ezekiel. “That’s clever, man.”

Elias’ brother went on to emphasize just how different they are by noting their differences in their preferred musical instruments. Whereas Elias was known for playing guitar, Ezekiel stated that he’s more of a piano man.

“I see what you’re doing here,” said Ezekiel. “Now listen, guitar, that was my brother’s thing. Now yes, the musical gene has run through the family, all of us, my dad, my mom, the whole group. But I’m more of a piano guy, that’s my thing. I love to play piano.

Likewise, while Elias famously insulted fans and fellow superstars alike, Ezekiel has a much more positive outlook because everyone has been nice to him during his time in WWE.

“I love my brother, but we all have our faults, right,” said Ezekiel. “We all have our areas where we miss the mark a little bit. And honesty my brother would say some things that I did not agree with. I happened to be very grateful for any Ezekiel fan that is out there. So I just wanna express my gratitude in the cities I’ve gotten so far while traveling for the last month or so have just been beautiful. Everyone has treated me well. So until proven otherwise I got no reason to see things the way Elias saw things.”
