All Elite Wrestling is loading up the card for the May 4 episode of AEW Dynamite.
As announced on the April 27 episode, IMPACT Wrestling star Deonna Purrazzo, the reigning ROH Women’s World Champion, will face Mercedes Martinez in a match that will crown the undisputed champion. This bout will make Purrazzo’s AEW debut. Martinez won the Interim ROH Women’s World Championship at ROH Supercard of Honor by defeating Willow Nightingale; “The Virtuosa” was unable to compete at the event due to a scheduling conflict with IMPACT Wrestling.

Plus, MJF will have another test for Wardlow. For the second week in a row, “Mr. Mayhem” defeated an opponent of MJF’s choosing on Wednesday night when he pinned Lance Archer. Later in the show, “The Salt of the Earth” declared that he had a plan; he called an unnamed individual who he proclaimed to be bigger, smarter and stronger than Wardlow. He closed the message by saying, “You can’t teach that”, a clear tease that Wardlow will face W. Morrissey, formerly known as Big Cass, next week.

Plus, Jeff Hardy will face Bobby Fish in an Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament qualifying match.
