Ric Flair can still move in the ring and he has video to prove it. In a new clip released on his social media, Flair is seen working in the ring with Jay Lethal as the two time WWE Hall Of Famer was shown doing the following maneuvers:
- Locking up.
- Taking a headlock takedown.
- Delivering a hammerlock to leg trip.
- Taking a bodyslam.
- Getting shoulder tackled.
- Giving a shoulder tackle.
- Delivering a hip toss.
- Delivering punches, chops in the corner to an Irish whip and chest chop.
- A Flair “Wooo” and strut-off with Lethal.
“Someone had the audacity this weekend to ask me if I can still do this. I said ‘Really??? Naitch don’t play!’ WOOOOO!” Flair said in the Tweet, which is below.

Flair and Jay Lethal go way back to Ric Flair’s days in TNA Wrestling. Flair has been a free agent since being released by WWE back in August 2021 but did show up at NWA 73 in St. Louis and managed Andrade El Idolo in AAA when he faced off against Kenny Omega. Flair’s podcast Woooo Nation Uncensored will be undergoing some changes after Mark Madden was announced to be exiting the series.
