Sonya Deville teased a major opponent for Bianca Belair in her first defense of the RAW Women’s Championship.
On the April 11 episode of WWE RAW, Belair easily defeated Queen Zelina in a singles match. After the bout, Deville came to the ring and congratulated Belair on her victory over Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38. She then hyped up Belair’s looming opponent as a “generational talent” who vowed to return a year ago and win the title. She turned Belair’s attention to the stage and used the distraction to attack the champion from behind. The WWE official left Belair lying and stated that she’s the champion’s next opponent.

Backstage, WWE official Adam Pearce called Deville’s actions an abuse of power, but she said there’s nothing he can do about it.
Belair won the title by dethroning Lynch at WrestleMania 38.
