Kofi Kingston knows that it’s all about chemistry with The New Day.
During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Kofi Kingston spoke about how strong the bond between himself, Big E and Xavier Woods is. Kofi said that they work well together because they have a unique and genuine relationship that doesn’t normally happen in the industry.
“It’s just the chemistry, man. It’s the chemistry. It’s a very real brotherhood. I’m getting emotional even like thinking about how much love I have for Woods and E, and we talk probably at least a couple times a month, we’ll sit there and just start gushing just how much we appreciate each other on text. It’s a very real bond. I feel like if you are lucky enough one person that you connect with, that you bond with, that you identify with, you’re lucky. It’s very unique.
“You’re not supposed to meet people that you get this close to, and I met two in the same industry. We have the same vibes, we travel together. I think we’ve been a group officially since 2016, I think we debuted. We never had any kind of argument, any kind of fights or disagreements. We’re always supporting one another and we just want the best for each other. So it’s just a real bond. When we’re out there, we’re trying to pop ourselves, man. We’re trying to have fun and make each other laugh and make each other break out there, and everybody gets to watch it and enjoy it.”
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will face off with Sheamus and Ridge Holland at night one of WrestleMania 38 on Saturday night.
