Randy Orton Wants To Wrestle Another 10 Years, Says He’ll Re-Sign When His Contract Is Up

Randy Orton is in WWE for the long haul.

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Randy Orton spoke about his tenure in wrestling and said that he hopes he can continue to work for another ten years, if not more.

“I love what I’m doing. I love what I’m doing in the ring. I would love to do it for a much longer time. 10 more years, 12 more years,” Orton noted, “I’d like to be like ‘Taker and when I get to the point where my body’s like okay maybe not every week, like I’d love to [do] SummerSlam, WrestleMania, like come and have that big match.”

“I started out a WWE guy, and I’m not going anywhere. And even a couple years ago, there might have been some chatter and some talk, but I wasn’t really the guy talking about really going anywhere. That was just the Internet and everybody. And I just kinda sat back. I was like oh this is interesting, I never said that. And here I am. My contract’s up in a couple years and I’ll sign another one. I love this place, I love getting to do sh-t like this. WrestleMania, this is my eighteenth WrestleMania in a couple days. Here’s to ten more WrestleManias,” Orton said. “I look forward to being a part of the WWE long after I’m able to not take a bump anymore, I’ll be here.”
