Amari Miller suffered an apparent injury on the March 1 episode of WWE NXT 2.0.
After her match with Lash Legend, she was taken to the back on a stretcher. Miller landed hard on her head/neck at some point during the bout. Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted that WWE medical officials examined her after the match.

Legend and Miller unsuccessfully teamed up in the 2022 Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic; they lost to Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray on the February 22 episode of WWE NXT.
Miller has been competing on WWE NXT and 205 Live for the last few months; she debuted last June.
Update: on Wednesday morning, in a string of tweets, Miller implied that she suffered a concussion:
Much love to everyone that had reached out! We gonna keep on moving?????
