LuFisto is a trailblazer as a women’s wrestler, and her contributions to the business were recently spotlighted when she was inducted into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame. But the renowned performer recently received an even more substantial recognition of her impressive career.
In a tweet on February 16, LuFisto, a Quebec native, shared the news that the National Assembly of Quebec mailed her a letter and congratulated her on her aforementioned induction. The veteran made it clear that her goal has always been to “make professional wrestling a better and safer place for women athletes”.
This morning, I received a letter from the National Assembly of Quebec to congratulate me on my latest induction into the Indie Hall of Fame and my career.
I never signed a big contract indeed… But not too many wrestlers can say they ever received such a letter I guess. ?❤

In a second tweet, she also noted that while she has never signed a “big contract”, few wrestlers can say they received this kind of letter.
LuFisto has been wrestling for over two decades, and she has won titles in various promotions, such as Shine Wrestling and Women Superstars Uncensored.
