Randy Orton and Kurt Angle are big stars and their wives note that the two have very big hearts. Giovanna Angle and Kim Orton are stars in themselves on their new podcast the Wives Of Wrestling and on their newest episode, spoke to co-host Jon Alba about their husbands’ work with charities, specifically Make-A-Wish.
“I just think the whole Make-A-Wish Foundation is unbelievable,” said Kim. “If anybody that knows Randy knows how big his heart is. He wears his heart on his sleeve and every single time he walks out of Make-A-Wish he’s like choked up because he’s like, ‘Baby, we’re so blessed. We’re so blessed to have healthy children and the fact that these kids’ wish was to meet me, it makes my heart so happy,’ and he really goes out of his way to try to make them laugh and happy and make it a really good experience and their whole family.”
Kim mentioned she got to witness first hand some of those Make-A-Wish moments and noted how she gets choked up even talking about it. Giovanna spoke to Kurt’s generousity as well who has a tendency to give a lot of his Olympic and wrestling heirlooms away.
“He gives away everything,” Giovanna emphasized. “Like, you know his warm-up for the Olympics? I can’t find that anywhere, he gave it away.”
Giovanna added in extra praise for the people at Make-A-Wish, imploring fans to donate to the organization if possible.
“If you’re trying to find a charity that’s definitely a good one to donate to.”
