Tonight on AEW Rampage, Sammy Guevara defends his TNT Championship against AHFO’s Isiah Kassidy.

MATCH 1
Adam Cole def. Evil Uno via pinfall. Adam Cole starts off on the offensive, but Uno fights back. He goes for senton but Cole gets his knees up and begins his offensive flurry. Lots of kicks as Evil Uno sells unconciousness. Cole lowers the Boom for the finish. Post match, Cole grabs a mic. He goes over the full list of men he’s defeated in singles competition. Cole says he’s a new Adam Cole and a different Adam Cole. He then calls his shot for the AEW World Heavyweight Title.

Jade Cargill reiterates her greatness as TBS Champion.

MATCH 2
TNT Championship
Sammy Guevara def. Isiah Kassidy to retain TNT Championship. Matt Hardy hits a Side Effect early on in the match as Sammy’s damaged ribs plays a factor in the bout. Andrade interrupts mid-match by walking out but Sammy perseveres with his signature offense. He hits a cutter and then hits a GTH.

Post-match, Andrade approaches Sammy along with AHFO, but Darby Allin slides down. Andrade extends a hand, but Darby shows his alliegance to Sammy. He shows his support and perhaps his eagerness for Sammy’s championship.

QT Marshall challenges Hook for next week.

Kris Statlander was ambushed by Leyla Hirsch backstage with a chair shot.

MATCH 3
Thunder Rosa def. Mercedes Martinez via disqualification. Rosa starts off on an offensive assault. The brawl goes to the outside and Rosa hits a snap suplex on Mercedes. Mercedes finally turns the tide with aspinebuster before heading to picture-in-picture.

Back from break, Mercedes hits an avalance DVD on Rosa. Rosa hits a modified powerslam and it causes Mercedes to roll out of the ring. She hits Rosa  with a lead pipe from underneath the ring. The ref sees it and calls for the bell, making a rare DQ finish.

Serena Deeb has a video package as she talks herself up.

Backstage Mercedes is confronted by Britt Baker who reveals it was her who had Martinez take Rosa out in such a manner. Now Baker wants her to finish the job or she’ll make sure Mercedes’ time in AEW is shorter than her last run (meaning WWE).

MAIN EVENT
Ricky Starks def. Jay Lethal to retain FTW Championship. A back and forth battle between the two that featured interferences from Dante Martin and Powerhouse Hobbs. The sequence for the finish was amazing as Starks turn a Lethal Injection attempt into his Rochambeau finisher.
