On February 2, AEW taped several matches for the February 4 episode of AEW Rampage at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
Among other stars, Adam Cole, Ricky Starks, Sammy Guevara, and Thunder Rosa competed at the taping. In the main event, Jay Lethal challenged Starks for the FTW Championship. Spoilers are available below.
The results, courtesy of The Wrestling Observer, are as follows:
- Adam Cole defeated Evil Uno
- TNT Championship: Sammy Guevara (c) defeated Isiah Kassidy to retain the title
- After the match, Darby Allin came to the ring to help Guevara, who was outnumbered by Kassidy, Matt Hardy and Marq Quen. Allin proceeded to pat the Guevara’s titles. Andrade El Idolo, who was at ringside, tried to hire Allin again.
- Thunder Rosa defeated Mercedes Martinez via disqualification when Martinez attacked Rosa with a pipe.
- FTW Championship: Ricky Starks (c) defeated Jay Lethal to retain the title; Dante Martin took Powerhouse Hobbs out at one point in the match.
