WWE SmackDown viewership decreased on January 28.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.217 viewers watched the show on Friday, which is down from last week‘s figure of 2.255 million viewers. In the 18 to 49 demographic, Friday’s show drew a 0.56 rating, which marks a decrease from the a 0.64 rating (836,000 viewers) on January 21.

This week’s episode was the go-home show for WWE Royal Rumble. In the main event match, Big E and Kofi Kingston reunited and faced Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss. Plus, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins had a final confrontation ahead of their clash at the premium live event.
