Danhausen made his AEW Dynamite debut last night. But what is it like inside the mind of Danhausen?
Officially part of the All Elite Wrestling roster now, Danhausen recently sat down with BJ Colangelo of FANGORIA to speak about things very nice and very evil. Since Danhausen is both nice and evil, he was asked to describe something that he could do that would be both fun and bad:
“Well, going to the apple orchard is always quite fun, but it is a bad time because it is filled with bees. Every time it is filled with bees. And then I’d sit down and enjoy an apple cider donut because a bee will sting you.”
During the interview, Danhausen also revealed that he got the idea from cursing people from the old email chain letters that were popular back in the day:
“Well, Danhausen’s popping up everywhere, as you know, because we are FANGORIA right now,” Danhausen said. “He shall take over the world in 2022. Should get back on television, and you must help by watching and telling people to love that Danhausen. Or be cursed! Put that in there. Tell them they’ll be cursed. People don’t like to be threatened with cursing. It’s like those old emails that would get sent to you and say, ‘Send these to 10 people, otherwise you will have ten years of bad luck.’ That’s where Danhausen got the idea of cursing people.”
Danhausen also mentioned how impressed he is by Elvira’s horror icon status, and wants to know how she’s been able to do it for so long:
“How can you be such an icon for so long? How do you keep it up?” Danhausen asked. “How can we do this? Also, where do you get those dresses? They must be custom-made because they are quite nice. And Danhausen needs one.”
