Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar are set to face off for the WWE Championship at this weekend’s WWE Royal Rumble, and ahead of the highly anticipated match, the two met in the ring on WWE RAW to weigh in and talk some trash.
To kick off the go-home show for WWE Royal Rumble, the two superstars each took turns weighing in, with Lashley reaching 273 pounds and Brock Lesnar — who was dressed as a cowboy and very clearly not taking Lashley seriously — weighed in at 286 pounds. On the microphone, Lashley said that Lesnar was acting like “a fool” because he knew he would lose the title on Saturday, and that it wasn’t a promise, but a spoiler of what was to come.
Lesnar laughed off the suggestion, and proceeded to try and imagine what the papers would say about that. However, before he could fully name Lashley as champion, he simply ended it by saying “Bobby…who?” while Lashley watched on in anger. “The Beast Incarnate” then said that Lashley was a “nobody,” and that he wouldn’t be winning the title.
