The Viking Raiders have officially earned a shot at the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships, as the duo took down a handful of other teams on the January 14 episode of WWE SmackDown.
Prior to a Fatal 4-Way match to determine the champions’ next challengers, The Usos came out and said that they went to war with the New Day last week and wanted to give them respect. However, it was time for a new contender, and a four-way match would help determine which team would get the chance to face them/
In a match where they faced Los Lotharios, Cesaro and Mansoor, and Jinder Mahal & Shanky, the Viking Raiders made pretty short work of their opponents. They pinned Mansoor after they hit the Viking Experience on him for the win. With the victory, Erik and Ivar have now officially earned the right to challenge The Usos for the titles.
