Britt Baker wants a dream match against Toni Storm sooner rather than later.
All Elite Wrestling Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. was recently a guest on the In the Kliq podcast to discuss a variety of subjects. When asked about someone outside of AEW she’d like to wrestle in 2022, Baker immediately named former WWE Superstar Toni Storm:
“Toni Storm, definitely Toni Storm,” Britt Baker said. “I think with you when you talk about top female wrestlers; if she doesn’t come to mind, then you’re not watching because she’s absolutely phenomenal. She’s wrestled all over the world. I’ve never wrestled her, and I would love to somehow someway someplace lock up with her.”
When asked about how she felt when CM Punk brought her name up as one of the pillars of All Elite Wrestling, Baker was glad that he did because she agreed with him.
“I’m glad someone said it because I agree,” Britt Baker said. “I mean, you can’t say AEW and the pillars without bringing up my name too. I’ve been here, I’ve been the face of the women’s division, and women’s wrestling is just as important as the men’s wrestling. So to say that I’m not a pillar, I mean, you would need an examination. How could you possibly argue that?”
