It sounds like CM Punk wants to face Kazuchika Okada.
In an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated ahead of Wrestle Kingdom 16, “The Rainmaker” expressed his interest in facing Punk because it’s one of his dream matches:
“Danielson and Punk would make for some incredible matches,” Okada said. “A lot of those dream match scenarios are about getting excited for the possibilities, and once the match is done, it’s done. So it is important to keep that excitement and anticipation, I think. Still, if we wait too long, they’ll both retire eventually, so I want to face them both while they’re still active.”
Punk subsequently responded with a tweet that contained a clear message. He told Okada, “Come see me”, and gave the NJPW star his address. But the location Punk provided is actually the address of the United Center in Punk’s hometown of Chicago. The specific usage of the United Center is fitting; Punk made his unforgettable AEW debut at the venue at AEW Rampage: The First Dance.

Punk and Okada are two of the top stars in the wrestling world; they’re among the most renowned competitors of this generation. Though they work in separate promotions, AEW’s utilization of The Forbidden Door continues to prove that anything is possible.
