EC3 On His Body Transformation Over The Years: I’m A Psycho Loner To Get The Results I Have

It takes a lot of work and dedication to get a body like EC3 has.

Ring of Honor wrestler EC3 recently sat down with Graham Isador of GQ to talk about his Project Narrative workout app. During the interview, EC3 discussed the process of what it takes to turn your body into a similar physique that he has:

“You always have time to do the work, it’s just how you choose to use that time,” EC3 said. “Maybe that’s waking up an hour earlier or going to bed an hour later. Maybe it’s putting off certain types of foods for other foods. But you’re going to get what you put into it for the time you put into it. I’m a psycho loner to get the results I have. It takes a lot. But the people I’ve seen get the best results have used time management and accountability to get there, without neglecting what’s most important to them. Whether it’s family or work. That is what impresses me the most.”

We haven’t seen EC3 since Ring of Honor Final Battle, where he introduced “The Titan” Adam Scherr (FKA Braun Strowman) into his “Control The Narrative” movement—later adding Killer Kross to the group on social media later in the month. What EC3 intends to do in 2022 is anybody’s guess, but we’ll find out soon enough.
