On December 29, AEW taped several matches for the January 3 episode of AEW Dark: Elevation at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
Andrade El Idolo, Riho, and Scorpio Sky, among others, competed at the taping.

- Riho defeated Valentina Rossi
- Scorpio Sky (with Dan Lambert) defeated Ray Jaz
- Andrade El Idolo (with Jose) defeated JP Harlow
- Megan Bayne (with two assistants) defeated Leila Grey
- Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds defeated Mike Orlando and Shayne Stetson
