Backstage, Sami Zayn burst into Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville’s office. Zayn says he was robbed of his Universal Championship opportunity. Zayn wants another shot. Pearce books the 12 days of Christmas match. 12 people will compete and the winner will get a shot at the Intercontinental Championship.
Cesaro vs. Ridge Holland w/Sheamus
Before the bell rings, Holland hits Cesaro in the gut with his club. Cesaro rolls out of the ring and says he can’t breathe. After the break, Cesaro’s ribs are taped. Cesaro tells the referee to start the match. As soon as the bell rings, Holland attacks Cesaro’s ribs. Cesaro manages to send Holland out of the ring. As he clutches his ribs, he lands a running European uppercut. After a distraction from Sheamus, Holland hits the Snow Plow for the win.

In-Ring Segment: Naomi
Naomi reads her Christmas list and there is only one thing on it: a one-on-one match with Sonya Deville. Naomi demands a match with Deville tonight. Deville walks out on the stage and calls Naomi unprofessional. Deville reminds Naomi that she can’t touch her while she is wearing this suit. Naomi can face Shayna Baszler tonight. Naomi tells Deville to get in the ring. Deville does. Baszler takes out Naomi’s knee from behind.
