Matt Hardy: Jeff Hardy Is At Home, He’s ‘Okay’

Matt Hardy offered a brief comment in response to fans’ questions about his brother, Jeff Hardy‘s well-being.

The day after news broke that Jeff was reportedly sent home from a WWE live event over the weekend, Matt shared his thoughts during a stream on Twitch.

He noted that he spoke to Jeff, who is “okay” after the incident. Matt also stated that Jeff is at home right now, and he emphasized that it’s not his place to go into more detail about the situation.

“I did speak to Jeff for a little bit today, and he’s okay, he’s good,” said Hardy. “And I think he’ll be fine but once again, I mean this isn’t my business, and if he wants to go into it in more detail, then he’ll do it himself. You know, but like Jeff is okay. He is at home and he’s okay.

“So it’s not my business, it is not my story to tell or explain. And besides that I wouldn’t be able to do it justice anyway because it’s not from my perspective. So I love my brother, and I just want my brother to be okay and healthy.”

PWInsider previously reported that Jeff competed at a live event in Edinburg, Texas, on December 4, but he appeared increasingly sluggish throughout the match before he left the arena through the crowd. He was reportedly sent home, and he did not appear at the live event on December 5.

It’s unclear when Jeff Hardy will return, but WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
