The Miz weighs in on the topic of how early is too early to decorate for Christmas.
This year, immediately after Halloween, Mariah Carey was ready for Christmas and several Christmas trees started going up around the United States. Now, Mike Mizanin, who is not as famous as Mariah Carey but did star in a Christmas movie, Christmas Bounty, on ABC Family in 2013, has weighed in when he thinks Christmas trees should go up.
During a recent appearance on the Today Show, The Miz said that he believes putting your tree up before Thanksgiving is wrong.
“Yesterday I get home and there is a box, and I know what box this is. That’s a tree box,” he said. “And when you have seven trees, and now I have eight trees, you get a little upset because who do you think is putting those things together?”
“I know a lot of people think that after Halloween you should have them up. I don’t believe that is true; I believe that you should have it right after Thanksgiving like a normal person,” he said.
The Miz has yet to return to WWE television since being eliminated from Dancing With the Stars. His last appearance on WWE TV saw him turn on John Morrison who is now released and a free agent.
