Bailey is a renowned competitor in the Canadian wrestling scene; he was reportedly in talks with WWE earlier this year after his US travel ban was lifted in March. WWE had been trying to resolve Bailey’s visa issues, and these talks eventually stalled. Bailey’s ban lasted five years after he was prevented from illegally entering the United States on his way to compete at an EVOLVE show. Bailey has risen to stardom in Canada and in other promotions throughout the world, such as wXw, PROGRESS and Revolution Pro.
Bauiley also tweeted about the signing; he thanked everyone for their support and promised to keep doing his best.
Thank you. ?
Despite setbacks and hardships I've had in my wrestling career, I only feel blessed & grateful for the love & support that I have received continuously in return for my hard work.
I couldn't do any of it without you all. Thank you. I'll keep doing my best!
