Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 7, presented by Game Changer Wrestling, will feature a main event that’s dedicated to Roberto Leitao Sr., a man who Josh Barnett calls “a master.”
In a tweet, Barnett announced that he will face Tiger Ruas, formerly known as Arturo Ruas in WWE, at the event on October 22. He noted that they’re connected through “a master” in Leitao Sr. This bout will mark Ruas’ Bloodsport debut; he has a background in amateur wrestling, and he’s known for his jiu-jitsu and capoeira skills.
A match up that carries a legacy…
Both a wrestler & a fighter, but connected not through just opponents or training partners but through a master – Roberto Leitao Sr.
This battle will be fueled in the honor of the legacy & memory of Mestre Leitao
