Bron Breakker had the “balls” to challenge Tommaso Ciampa this week on WWE NXT 2.0, and they will indeed clash for the NXT Title at Halloween Havoc on October 26.
It was announced that the former WCW PPV will be returning in its NXT form for the third year in a row. After that announcement, NXT Champion Ciampa came out to address the fans and the locker room, asking flat out who had the balls to challenge him for the title. It wasn’t long until the sirens signaling Bron Breakker’s arrival hit, and the breakout star came to the ring wearing a Goldberg-like biker jacket.
Breakker said he had the biggest balls in the yard, which is why he wanted to challenge Ciampa at Halloween Havoc. “The Blackheart” responded by noting Breakker had three weeks to get himself a pro wrestling Ph. D. because he accepted the challenge. The champion exited the ring by shoulder-bumping Breakker to make it clear that he means business.

Since Ciampa won the NXT Title, he and Breakker have had a friendly, yet tense relationship. The two stars have tagged together, and Breakker has also saved Ciampa from being attacked as well. But in three weeks, they’ll officially set their alliance aside when they clash for the title.
