WWE Draft Helps WWE RAW Viewership And Demographic Rating Rise On 10/4 (Updated)

Thanks to the second night of the WWE Draft, WWE RAW enjoyed a viewership increase on October 4.

According to Showbuzz Daily, 1.86 million viewers watched the show on Monday; this number is up from last week, when 1.709 million viewers watched the show. This viewership figure is the show’s highest since August 30, per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics. Thurston also noted that Monday’s show drew a 9% viewership increase, with a 10% rise in the 18 to 49 demographic.

The October 4 episode scored a 0.52 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which marks an increase from last week’s 0.48 rating in the same demographic.

Update: WWE later issued a release in which it touted the viewership increase.

The hourly breakdown is as follows:

Hour One: 1.949 million viewers; 0.54 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic

Hour Two: 1.902 million viewers; 0.54 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic

Hour Three: 1.721 million viewers; 0.48 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic

Monday Night Football still dominated the night on cable, but RAW ranked sixth in the demographic.

This week’s show concluded the 2021 WWE Draft; in the main event, Bianca Belair faced RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
