Bray Wyatt Congratulates Big E On His WWE Title Win: ‘It’s A Real Good Look’

Bray Wyatt wasn’t there to witness it himself, but he wanted to share in praising Big E for his championship win.

Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) posted the following statement on Wednesday, congratulating Big E and talking about how highly regarded the new WWE Champion is held by the locker room:

“I am late on this, and I wasn’t there. But Big E is the type of dude that the boys line up to congratulate. It’s a real good look,” Rotunda wrote.

Bray Wyatt was released by WWE on July 31. Aside from responding to a few fan comments on Twitter, he’s largely been silent on social media since then, so it’s a nice gesture to see him recognize Big E for the accomplishment.

Big E thanked Wyatt for the kind words, posting the following:

Moments after the win, Big E spoke about what the moment meant to him personally, telling WWE’s Kevin Patrick that it meant a lot to have Kofi and Woods in the ring to share the moment with him.

“I think the dream for anyone, any vocation or craft, anything, is getting to do really cool things to get to the top of your craft, but to do it with your best friends. I always tell this story because I never want to forget, I will always remember the three of us just fighting to get on TV, and we’ve been able to do so many cool and incredible things. I got to grow so much as a person, a performer, because of these guys,” Big E explained, “and I could not have written a better career for myself. I’m glad, in many ways that it took so long, because it feels earned.
