NXT Tag Team Championship Match: MSK (c) vs. IMPERIUM
Aichner and Lee trade holds. Crucifix pin by Lee. Aichner kicks out. Lee and Carter land a combo bronco buster. Aichner kicks out. Barthel gets a blind tag. Carter hits the ropes and ends up running right into an armdrag by Barthel. Barthel works over Carter’s arm. Carter flips out of an armbar and lands an armdrag. Carter gets blasted by a nasty uppercut from Barthel. Barthel and Aichner beatdown Carter. Carter tags in Lee. Carter and Lee unload on Aichner with a series of kicks.
Lee and Carter send Barthel and Aichner out of the ring. Lee and Carter try stereo dives but are both caught in midair, Aichner and Barthel land stereo bodyslams out on the floor. After the break, IMPERIUM are working over Lee. WALTER walks down to ringside. Lee manages to tag in Carter, who clears the ring. MSK hit the Hot Fire Flame for a near fall. After a Distraction from WALTER, IMPERIUM set up the European Bomb. Dragunov runs down to ringside and attacks WALTER. WALTER slams Dragunov on the ramp. Back in the ring, MSK hits their finish on Barthel for the win.
Winners and STILL NXT Tag Team Champions, MSK!
WALTER destroys everyone. WALTER puts Dragunov in a choke. Dragunov passes out.
Backstage, Pete Dunne and Ridge Holland say Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher are daft for challenging them. Holland says he’ll see Thatcher next week.
In-Ring Segment: Samoa Joe
Joe says he is here tonight to hurt Kross. Joe tells Kross to stroll his ass to the ring. Kross obliges. Kross says Joe doesn’t get it. It isn’t about Joe and it isn’t about Kross. It’s about the future of this brand. Kross calls NXT SEcurity down to the ring. Joe laughs. Kross says they are here to protect Kross from Joe. Security forms a line outside the ring. Kross tells Joe he’s going to drop him. Kross gets in the ring and Joe headbutts him.
Kross falls out of the ring. Joe dives through the ropes and takes out everyone. Joe beats down Kross outside the ring. Security pulls Joe off of Kross. Kross sends Joe into the ringsteps. Kross tries to put Jor through a table. Joe launches Kross almost through the barricade. Joe pushes Kross into the crowd. Joe and Kross crash through the opposite side of the barricade. Joe and Kross are both down and out as security and a bunch of officials and referees swarm around them.
